1. Agreement Overview
This Terms of Service agreement is a legally binding contract between you and 404 Apps LLC, a company registered and operating in the State of Georgia, United States. In these Terms, 404 Apps LLC is referred to as 404 Apps, we, us, or our.
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Blueprint application, website, and related services, including creator workflow tools, saved content organization, script creation, collaboration features, subscription services, and teleprompter recording workflows.
By accessing or using Blueprint, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use Blueprint.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Blueprint. Users under 13 are not permitted to access or register for the service.
By using Blueprint, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
3. Description of Service
Blueprint is a creator workflow tool that helps users save video inspiration, organize content into categories, analyze content structure, write and edit scripts, collaborate on shared boards, and record videos using a built-in teleprompter and recording tools.
The service may evolve over time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, plans, or parts of the service at any time.
Blueprint does not provide legal, financial, tax, business, or professional advice. All insights, outputs, scripts, templates, and workflow suggestions are provided for informational purposes only.
4. Access and License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Blueprint for your personal creator workflow or your commercial creator work.
You may not copy, resell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of Blueprint except as expressly permitted by law or by our written permission.
5. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep that information updated.
If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us promptly at blueprint@404apps.com.
6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments
Certain Blueprint features require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing intervals, and plan details are shown at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.
You are responsible for reviewing the billing terms presented at checkout, including automatic renewal terms, charge timing, and cancellation instructions.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund and cancellation treatment depends on how you purchased your subscription. Mobile purchases are generally governed by Apple or Google Play policies. Direct web purchases are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund charges already incurred unless required by law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
8. Email, Newsletter, and Marketing Communications
By creating a Blueprint account, subscribing, or otherwise providing your email address to us, you agree that we may send you service-related emails, account notices, onboarding messages, product updates, newsletters, and marketing or promotional communications about Blueprint and related offerings.
You can unsubscribe from promotional and newsletter emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in those emails or by contacting blueprint@404apps.com. Even if you opt out of promotional messages, we may still send you transactional or service-related communications about your account, billing, security, or use of the service.
9. User Content and Third-Party Materials
You retain ownership of content you create, save, upload, import, or record in Blueprint, subject to the rights you grant us to host, process, transmit, display, and analyze that content in order to operate and improve the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use any content, links, recordings, captions, scripts, social media materials, or third-party data you import into Blueprint. We are not responsible for content you choose to save, publish, share, or distribute.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Blueprint. This includes, without limitation, using the service to violate law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, upload malicious code, interfere with security or infrastructure, scrape or harvest data, bypass limits, or use the service in a way that could harm us, our users, or third parties.
11. Intellectual Property
Blueprint, including its software, design, workflows, text, graphics, trademarks, and other proprietary materials, is owned by 404 Apps LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Blueprint at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create risk for us or other users, or where required by law. You may stop using Blueprint at any time and may request account deletion by following the in-app deletion flow or by contacting blueprint@404apps.com.
13. Disclaimers
Blueprint is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, continued feature availability, or specific content or business outcomes.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 404 Apps LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of Blueprint.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or related to Blueprint will not exceed the total amount you paid to us for Blueprint during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
15. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Blueprint will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court if they qualify.
You and 404 Apps LLC agree that each may bring claims only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, representative, or private attorney general proceeding. You waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You may opt out of this arbitration provision within 30 days of your first use of Blueprint by emailing blueprint@404apps.com with the subject line Arbitration Opt Out and enough information for us to identify your account.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless a later effective date is stated. Continued use of Blueprint after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
