1. Where You Purchased Matters
Refund and cancellation rights depend on the platform where you purchased your Blueprint subscription.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription at any time before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not typically refund the current billing period unless required by law or expressly stated here.
If your subscription was purchased through Apple or Google Play, you must manage cancellation through that platform's subscription tools. If your subscription was purchased directly on the web, cancellation instructions will be provided in your account or purchase flow.
3. Direct Web Purchase Refunds
For direct purchases made on the Blueprint website, first-time annual subscriptions may be eligible for a full refund if requested within seven days of the initial purchase date. Monthly subscriptions and renewal charges are generally not refunded once the billing period has started, except where required by law.
To request review of an eligible direct web purchase, contact blueprint@404apps.com with the email address used for purchase, the approximate purchase date, and the reason for the request.
4. Apple and Google Play Purchases
If you purchased through Apple or Google Play, refund availability, billing disputes, and timing are governed by the relevant platform's policies. We cannot override those store policies or issue direct refunds for charges handled entirely by those platforms.
5. After Cancellation or Refund
When a subscription is canceled, access typically continues until the end of the paid billing period unless a platform policy or applicable law provides otherwise. If a refund is issued, access may end sooner depending on the platform and payment processor handling the refund.
