Delete your account in the app
- Open Blueprint on your device.
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Choose Delete Account.
- Confirm your decision.
What happens after deletion
Your access to Blueprint ends immediately after deletion is confirmed. We then delete or anonymize personal data from active systems within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law or is reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, billing, payment disputes, security, or other legitimate business purposes.
- Saved videos, scripts, notes, categories, and planning data are removed from active systems
- Profile details and account credentials are removed from active systems
- Some aggregated or anonymized analytics data may be retained for a limited period
- Subscription and payment records may continue to be retained by Apple, Google Play, Stripe, RevenueCat, banks, or other payment partners under their own policies
Important subscription note
Deleting your Blueprint account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed through Apple or Google Play. Cancel platform subscriptions directly through the relevant app store. Direct web subscriptions should be canceled through the applicable billing flow or by contacting support.
